Nutrition Coaching


Sara is a Registered Dietitian offering her expertise to you. She wants to share her passion of nutrition with you by providing you with counseling, education, or a hands-on learning experience. Sara believes theres no better place to learn than in the grocery store aisles or directly in your kitchen. She will cut through the misinformation that's constantly being fed to Americans (and making them sicker and larger). She will explain to you how quick, fad-diets are harmful to your body & how eating real, whole foods will fuel and transform your body while naturally boosting your metabolism and wellbeing.

Are you tired of feeling like you don’t have enough energy to support your busy life? Do you constantly feel bloated or that your body does not look and feel the way it used to? Are you frustrated and overwhelmed by all the misinformation constantly floating around the Internet about nutrition? Are you sick of fad diets or counting calories? Being your coach, I will create a supportive environment that will ensure your goals are understood and achieved. We will identify the barriers that are hindering you from achieving your goals. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that BEST support you as an individual. You will then be able to make gradual, lifelong changes that will allow you to reach your current and future health goals.

I do not support fad diets or quick fixes. They simply DON'T WORK! Rather, I support developing small, realistic goals that will allow you to learn while making sustainable changes. Your plan will be based on your individual needs, lifestyle, and food preferences using a holistic and evidenced-based approach.

Grocery Store Tour
Let Sara show you around your local grocery store aisle by aisle. She'll show you what products to buy, what to look out for on ingredient's lists, will introduce new products to you, pick out healthy on-the-go meals, provide meal planning tips & answer any questions along the way. If you have pre-diabetes, diabetes, heart disease, celiac disease, food allergies or another medical condition, a grocery store tour is a great way learn how to make healthy food choices for your specific needs.

Cabinet Clean-out + Kitchen/Cooking Assistance

Sara understands that having the right foods in your cabinets & fridge is one of the best ways to set yourself up for success. If you've been out of the kitchen for a while, Sara will make transitioning back into it simple! She will cleanout your cabinets & fridge, ridding them of expired products and junk food, talk about the nutrition quality of the products you currently have, & assist in you in preparing your own meals.
